Products will have to be returned unused/unopened for a full refund and the cost of returning them to us is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed the day Watford Miniature Railway receive the returning product(s). These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If an account is opened you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Watford Miniature Railway immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or password, or any other breach of security.
