We charge two prices for delivery:

• £3.00 for small items which fit the 'large letter' size (e.g. badges, magnets, tickets, books)
• £5.00 for all other items and larger orders

We normally use Royal Mail 48 - a tracked service which aims to deliver within 2 working days, once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, but it may occasionally take up to a week. 

You can collect your order from the railway for free! Orders can be collected any day we are open. Please wait for your 'order is ready for collection' email before coming to pick it up - we don't keep all our stock at the railway, so may need a day or two to make sure everything is there for you!
